United States
Standard delivery in 4–10 business days. Rates start from $4.75 for apparel and $5.19 for phone cases, calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Canada
Standard delivery in 12–35 business days. Rates start from $9.39 for apparel and $8.20 for phone cases.
United Kingdom
Standard delivery in 12–35 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Australia
Standard delivery in 12–35 business days. Rates start from $12.49 for apparel.
🌍 Rest of World
Standard delivery in 12–35 business days. Rates start from $10.00 for apparel and $8.00 for phone cases, calculated at checkout.
All products are made to order and require production time before shipping. Delivery estimates begin after your item has been produced. Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@dowandgroup.com to initiate your return. Do not send items back without first receiving approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Damages & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on custom or personalized items, perishable goods, personal care products, sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.
EU Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition with tags and packaging.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@dowandgroup.com.
